Class Descriptions

Rocket Yoga

Prepare for lift off with a fun, 55, 75 or 90-minute Rocket yoga sequence that will awaken you to your physical potential and leave you with a calm mind. The Rocket is an Ashtanga-based power yoga flow developed by Larry Schultz. It includes arm balances, back bends, core exercises, and inversions to “get you there faster.” This is a mixed levels class suitable for intermediate and advanced yogis or anyone with a high level of fitness. Note: “Bottle Rocket” classes are 55 minutes and all levels are welcome!

Modified Primary Series

An accessible version of the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series. Mixed levels vinyasa flow adhering to a set sequence of poses.

Slow Flow Yoga

Soothe body and mind by exploring movement and breath at a relaxed pace. Restorative yoga poses will ease deeply-held tension and stress while simple flowing sequences develop focus and balance. This is an all levels class and beginners are welcome!

Restorative Yoga

Relax and unwind with this slower-paced practice to calm your nervous system and transform your physical body. Poses are held for a longer period of time, using props for support. This is an all levels class and an excellent recovery class for vinyasa yogis, runners, crossfitters, etc.

Prenatal Yoga

Yoga may help reduce physical discomforts associated with the various stages of pregnancy while honoring the growing life within. Prepare your body for birth by building strength and flexibility, explore breathing techniques to relax the mind, and learn tools helpful for labor and birth. Please consult with your healthcare provider before starting a yoga practice.
